Ron Paul’s Racist Past, Called MLK A “Gay Pedophile”

I have written about Ron Paul before, and just called him quirky.  That word now seems tame and not accurate enough.  Racist is now the first word that comes to mind, and extremely narrow-minded soon follows.

A new story from a reputable news magazine should concern all of his supporters, and further enlighten the general public.  The article in the New Republic was released this week.

Ron Paul published a news letter for 20 years, and often had racist comments including calling Reverend Martin Luther King ‘a gay pedophile”.  Ron Paul called blacks “animals”, and urged whites to move out of the country because “the animals are coming.”

This story is appalling.
