Sgt. James Crowley Not Part Of Fashion Police

Sgt. James Crowley might be a police officer who found more fame than he ever wanted this week when dealing with the much respected Professor Gates. But when I saw this photo of Crowley at a press conference I knew at once someone should have called the fashion police!
For future reference on a 3-button suit button the top 2 or the middle 1 but please resist all temptation to button just the top button!

Cops aren’t encouraged to be snappy dressers. It makes people think they’re corrupt and supplementing their income with bribes. Which is ridiculous, because cops make a good union wage (as they should), and they can certainly afford to dress well.
