The new immigration law in Arizona makes it a misdemeanor to lack immigration paperwork and compels police officers to determine immigration status if they form a “reasonable suspicion” that a person is in the U.S. illegally.   Look out if you are brown or dark skinned!  Racial profiling will be the result of this measure.  The law also would give the state immigration enforcement responsibility the Constitution says should be left to the federal government alone, and also possibly violate constitutional protections against unreasonable searches and seizures.  Therefore there is only one thing to do and that is fight like hell to stop this bizarre and unconstitutional measure.  Now!
