Senior Official: Obama Administration Will Challenge Arizona Immigration Law

As I have predicted. This is step one.
Now a senior administration official tells CBS News that the federal government will indeed formally challenge the law when Justice Department lawyers are finished building the case. The official said Justice is still working on building the case.

It’s official: I have lost every shard of respect for this man and his incompetent administration. I hate the way this President treats Americans, which most of the time, is with utter contempt. I have lost total respect for his Secretary of State, an idiotic woman who tows the party line, even when she knows it is wrong. In short, I cannot wait until November, and I really cannot wait until 2012.
There is a little thing called the constitution that can not be undermined just because it meets the fancy of the latest poll. The fact that most polled are not constitutional scholars should not surprise anyone. When the same ones polled can not name their two U.S. Senators or member of Congress one then has to question the whole poll.
So yes, this administration will challenge a law that runs counter to the constitution. A law I might add that resembles nothing more than what one might have expected from the Know Nothing movement prior to the Civil War.
Obamas administration has been one misstep after another, the day in and day out failures of this administration has been astounding and again he continues on the path as a one term president. Over 70% of America supports the efforts of Arizona to protect its people from the invasion of illegal who attempt to cross the border daily, a job the federal government should be doing but are too incompetent to do and lets be honest they have not been working in the best interest of the American people since day one. Now they have decided to waste more taxpayer dollars attacking the people of Arizona just so they can pander to those in this country who support illegal immigration a very small and lets be honest highly irrational thinkers whose disrespect for America and her laws are well documented.
