Union Protest Signs High Gloss, High Fun For Kids

February 21, 2011

There is always something new to see when thousands and thousands gather to protest Governor Walker’s union busting bill at the Wisconsin State Capitol.  Today with fresh sleet on a thin blanket of snow kids soon discovered that some of the glossy signs made for the union rally had a dual use.

While their parents were raising their voices to save collective bargaining, kids were lowering their butts on a sign and sliding down an incline on the capital lawn.   I could see from a face here and there that some mom and dads wanted to join the fun……but what would the neighbors think?

Oh, well…..at least the kids had fun!

Well it appears the plot thickens once again with a little bitty section in the bill that has so far gone unnoticed – until today!!! I’m sure you are familiar with the connection of Walker and the Koch Brothers – but if not let me give you a little update:

not current Aug 2010– but very relevant

now here is where the plot thickens:
read the entire bill if you wish — I would like to draw your attention to pages 22-24

is this assumption? I think not, what do you think? Oh and Walker has worked at getting our wind turbine farms either not able to be put up or almost impossible to put up as many as were planned

he also said he refused to have high speed rail – so that money and lack of carbon emissions and quick transportation was cancelled just before he took office after he was elected though knowing it wasn’t going to pass. NOW tell me whose side do you think he’s on? Do you think maybe he has been bought and paid for and if all these things pass and WI recalls him he will be wealthy from Koch cash or given a high paying position with Koch Brothers?

I would love to know what you think and see it in the Washington Post – LOUD AND CLEAR!
