Driving While Armed And Drunk In Wisconsin
Lying in the road intoxicated with a gun on a Sunday morning makes Johnny Cash’s song about this day of the week look downright tame.
But then, this is Wisconsin.
This is also the side of Wisconsin that makes me want to vomit.
I love Wisconsin, but for the life of me I am not sure what it is about our culture that loves drinking and driving so much. I am of equal mind over the lust for guns than a certain segment of society seems so fascinated with.
Seems to me that this guy below wishes he might have taken in a movie with a buddy, enjoyed a late night pizza, and called it an evening with a good book. When all is said and done this event can’t even be included in his annual Holiday letter at the end of the year.
But thankfully due to Wisconsin’s weak drunk driving laws we will likely see this guy on the road before long. Consider that this was his second offense for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant.
It should also be noted that the firearm was a semi-automatic handgun.
Yeah, you just have to love Wisconsin.
