Paul Ryan Not Running For White House In 2012

It would have been fun to watch the Medicare issue get spun by Paul Ryan in a presidential race. Republicans may just have to content themselves with the announced candidates for the White House.
After much speculation and some pressure from fellow Republicans, Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wisconsin and the House Budget Committee Chairman, says he is NOT running for President.
