Dekerivers blog…yes indeed. I have been following it for a while, and he seems to have a sense of fair play, and often speaks out for the underdog. I don’t remember attempting to put him under any obligation to post anything..I merely asked a question, and tried to get a straight answer and certainly didn’t want to get you or any of his other loyal readers in a snit, suffering in a hissy, or….. I might add that you are terribly misinformed if you think you can get fair and balanced and equal coverage on FOx news – dekerivers is far and above better at that than is Fox news… I can’t hardly wait for a huge posting of Scott Walker cartoons on this site… So, relax, take time for a cup of coffee or.. and enjoy the day. Craig skip Weis has it figured out …
“Is it safe to assume that you will give all of the other candidates equal coverage, including Obama?”
smokey3, are you for real? This is dekerivers’s BLOG. He is under no obligation to provide equal coverage. Good grief. I enjoy reading dekerivers’s blog because he uncovers news items I never would have been exposed to and I appreciate hearing his perspective on world events.
If you want “fair & balanced” and “equal coverage,” go check out FOX News.
I love these cartoons, as a society, we need to be able to laugh at ourselves. It’s a healthy way to sum things up and to promote a ‘slant’ in this National game of persuasion. We’ll need to look~see at the ‘other guys’ cartoons too.
Thanx for the chuckles. In the end, though maybe not deserved, Newt can take a hit me thinks.
Mitt Romney already has a link for political cartoons. Rick Santorum has not had many cartoons drawn about him so he has no posting on my blog. last cycle Hillary Clinton cartoons were posted. I am sure there will be Scott Walker entry soon as well.
You answered a question I didn’t ask, and defended a position I didn’t challenge… Thanks. I like political cartoons as well…. Now please answer the question I asked – equal cartoon coverage ?
Obama political cartoons were posted here in 2008. Many others have been posted here over the years. Check out the archives.
I have a long list (and history) of placing political cartoons on this blog.
I made it clear to my readers years back that the art form of the political cartoon is a favorite of mine, and allows for more punch at times than a 1,000 word article.

Does that answer the question?
