VICE PRESIDENT CHENEY — fishing and joking again after bouncing after from his heart transplant in March – and his wife, Lynne, this evening host a mega-fund-raiser for Mitt Romney at their home in Jackson, Wyo., where they’re spending the summer. Playbook has a copy of the red, white and blue invitation, which spells out a four-tier event. The first three parts are at Teton Pines Country Club in Jackson Hole, an Arnold-Palmer created golf, tennis and dining resort that calls itself “Western-Elegant”:

–5 p.m., Host Committee Reception: “Contribute or raise $50,000 couple. ($50,000 contribution includes status as a Romney Victory Founding Member and preferred status at the Republican National Convention.)”

–5:30 p.m., Photo Reception: “Contribute or raise $10,000 per couple.”

–6 p.m., General Reception: “Contribute $1,000 per person.”

–7 p.m., Private Dinner: “Home of Former Vice President Dick and Lynne Cheney; address provided upon RSVP. Contribute $30,000 per person or couple.”
