Hell freezes over.
A federal appeals court today upheld Governor Walker’s collective bargaining law in its entirety, ruling the state had a rational reason for rolling back those powers and rejected arguments from public employees unions that they violated First Amendment rights.
“Distinguishing between public safety unions and general employee unions may have been a poor choice, but it is not unconstitutional,” the court wrote.
