I think everyone would have liked to have had the chance to hold the man who tried to blow a plane up on Christmas down on the floor of the craft with the sole of their shoe grinding into his neck. I know that when I am on a plane that is about to land, and I am feeling a bit nauseous as it circles the landing strip with my ears popping, the very last thing I need to see is a misfit with an incendiary device about to create hell near the bulkhead. I can’t even begin to imagine the fear and anger those passengers on that flight must have experienced. How they did not rip his arms off his body and beat him to death with them is a mystery. Words fail to describe my anger at this ass.
As I have listened to the news reports and analysis today of the situation, all of which I find very disturbing, a thought came to my mind. If those who are duped, such as Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, into thinking that committing suicide while taking a large number of others along is a one-way ticket to the land of virgins, what must be the result for those who fail at their missions?
What happens to Richard Reid, the ‘shoe-bomber’, or to this latest half-baked terrostist-wanna-be who can’t make the project work no matter how hard he tried. (Thank God he was too stupid or inept to finalize his demented plan.) Still, what happens to these double losers who first are so simple-minded they follow the rants and hate of those who would betray the real word of Islam, and then so inept they fail at the mission that will supposedly secure them all those virgins?
Upon their deaths will Reid and Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the man arrested on Christmas, be featured in a terrorist hall of shame on the other side, and spend an eternity wrapped in bacon?
