Rupert Murdoch’s Company Perhaps Hacked 9/11 Victims

July 14, 2011

The under-handed and unethical way that Rupert Murdoch has conducted his business operations over the decades is coming back to bite him in the backside.  None too soon for those who have long lamented what he was doing to journalism with his rancid style and soulless reporters.

Now America may finally be waking  up and listening to the words so many have written and spoken about Rupert Murdoch.  The reason this is now pricking the American consciousness is that some of the victims of 9/11 may have had their phones hacked by none other than the news operations owned by Rupert Murdoch.

The FBI has opened an investigation into allegations that media mogul Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. sought to hack into the phones of Sept. 11 victims, a law enforcement official said Thursday.

The decision to investigate was made after U.S. Rep. Peter King and several other members of Congress wrote FBI Director Robert Mueller demanding an investigation, said the official, who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because he wasn’t authorized to speak publicly.
