Someone needs to tell Pat Robertson to stay home and forget about more television appearances.
After a weekend spent courting Evangelicals at Jerry Falwell’s Liberty University, Mitt Romney continued locking down his arranged marriage with the religious right with an interview on Christian Broadcasting Network’s The 700 Club.
Pat Robertson offered a tepid hint at an endorsement after the interview, reminding his viewers that Romney may be their best option.
“It looks like the people who were worried about his Mormonism, at least that crowd is diminishing somewhat,” Robertson said. “The question is, if you have two candidates, you don’t have Jesus running against someone else. You have Obama running against Romney.”
