Cecil The Lion And The Man With No Morals Who Slaughtered Him, Walter James Palmer

July 29, 2015

Simply chilling.

It took place earlier this month. when Walter James Palmer hunted Cecil the lion.  He was taken to Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe where he and his team spotted the lion. The creature was lured outside the park with a dead animal and Palmer then wounded him with a bow and arrow. In pain and fear for over 40 hours Cecil was hunted down without mercy. Then Palmer shot and killed him with a rifle. He paid $50,000 for the chance to murder this lion.

The beautiful lion was then skinned and beheaded outside the park.

This soulless man has reignited emotions about the ever-controversial practice of big game hunting.  Make no mistake about who participates in this savagery.  Rich, mean-spirited, and deep-pocketed killers.

They are not like you or me as they first have no inner compass to direct them away from such hatred for animals.   Second they have made so much money they have endless ways to spend it but lost their soul in the process.  So they travel to the African savanna in search of beautiful beasts they can boast about back home.   But first they slaughter and kill them.

Walter James Palmer may have a lion’s head on his wall but his morality was left in the heart of Africa.  May he never have a night where Cecil does not invade his dreams.

I do believe there is a place in hell for people who abuse children and animals.

When Betty Ford had breast cancer (when I was a teenager) she was focused on as a name in the news who was afflicted with the disease. It did not mean that all the others were not also newsworthy who had cancer, but she was used as a vehicle to talk about the larger number of women who had cancer. I use that as my point about lions or any other topic.

You may not think certain topics get reported but if you did a google news search you would find that not to be true. You also might take note of the special series that run in papers on black communities and gun violence or even the multi-week series of one hour programing on CNN about the gun violence in inner city Chicago. The Washington Post had a column which received national attention by a rap artist about how guns are killing his community printed just last week.

There have also been good reports about the economic hardships that have been created in black communities that spur despair, gangs, and reckless behavior.

WHile I agree what the dentist did was deplorable the over reaction by the media is amazing. Once again they dictate what they think we should be concerned about whether it really matters or not. Why are they not as angry about the 600 lions a year that are killed …oh wait just like all of the black killings by other blacks it does not fit the media’s agenda.

It was not the social media that first brought this story my way. It was the BBC. This story connects to so many as it speaks about the darker side of humanity and showcases it for an international audience. The depravity than money can purchase needs to be told.

Why would anyone consider this an important story? Another empty opportunity to feel “justified” outrage in the sugar-buzz or social media. Yawn.

Him also settle a sexual harassment suit filed by his receptionist, so you can add abusing women to his repertoire. Tarzan think him have big ego and little penis. Go to the Yelp page for his clinic. Pretty funny.
