Jeb Bush Makes Major Campaign Change

October 23, 2015

This action today would not have been on the radar for any politico to think about when the 2016 nomination season started.  But given, at this time, how tough it is for the establishment wing of the GOP to make a mark underscores the necessity of the move by Jeb Bush.   I still hold to the view that Bush will get the nomination, and that serious minds will prevail once the actual voting in primaries get underway.

But for today the news is that Bush ordered across-the-board pay cuts to his struggling presidential campaign.  Staffers were informed of the news during a conference call.  On the call, staffers were informed that job functions would change for some and that there would be across the board pay cuts.  It was reported that one person on the staff call said they were left with the impression that “very few people will be left in Miami.”

This election cycle is SO interesting!
