September Weather In November Creates Kids At Heart
What a difference a year makes!
Last year on this date James and I placed our three blue Adirondack chairs into storage for winter as the temps were too cold to be outside (we keep strange notations in the calendar) and even some flurries had started.
This year we are in shorts, kids down the block asked me today to draw hopscotch on the sidewalk in front of our home, we had the bubbles out for the kids to laugh over as the wind blew them about, and there is no forecast in sight that makes me think about shutting down the outside ‘room’.
The only challenge was when I tried to do a double-decker hopscotch with an 18-month old on my shoulders. It was like a large giggling sack of potatoes….
