Is There “A Bombshell” In Donald Trump’s Tax Forms?

February 24, 2016

Mitt Romney says there may be “a bombshell” in Donald Trump’s tax forms–and that is why they have not been released.

That is a startling statement.

Romney suggested either the tax forms will show Trump is not nearly as wealthy as he claims or that he had paid such a paltry tax rate that it will show he is what all know him to be.

It might also show Trump has not made the gifts of his money to groups such as the vets that he so often claims.  To his credit Romney had released his taxes in Jan. 2012. It is now approaching March this cycle and Trump is still wiggling.

At the end of the day I do not think Mitt Romney is supporting Donald Trump for president.

My bet, Tom, is that he is worth FAR less than what he is rumored to be worth. All a part of his rationale for everything being huge about him probably does not include all the wealth he wants us to think he has.

Here’s my bet: He has paid no taxes. He just scams the system.

It is not colorful language or cursing of which I speak. In private, yes, many have had lots of colorful usage. What I refer to is the use of angry language to divide and give openings to hatred and biases that run counter to our American ideals. Smearing Hispanics and Muslims and demeaning women is not the way to meet the needs of our time or reach to the mountaintop as Reagan proved to be successful at doing when campaigning.

Interesting that Mittens is posing for holy pictures now. He begrudgingly released his tax information himself after Newtie made a big issue of it for months. And, he released his 2011 returns right before the fall election after months of saying he needed more time to get the info. together. So, thou giveth him too much credit and credibility Deke. But I love to see republicans criticize each other on taxes and transparency.

I think a lot of men in power in the past have had ‘colorful’ language. For the most part it was kept to private circles. Today, the social media/online commenting has changed our society. Ppl are engaged at a higher level, some continuously.

And within your comment lies one of the central reasons I find fault with Trump. A credible candidate for the White House should not sound like an angry right-wing radio talk show host Can you image Dewey, or Eisenhower, TR, Lincoln, etc etc talking or acting like Trump?

Sounds like Mitt’s been eatin’ sour grapes. Bet he wishes he could forget the trip he made to Trump Tower to get The Donald’s endorsement.

Mitt chooses enlighten us after Trump called out Romney as a LOSER.
