Morality Clause With Fox News Sidelines White House Correspondent

May 5, 2016

Fox News chief White House correspondent Ed Henry will not be appearing on the channel for the time being, following a report in In Touch Weekly that he cheated on his wife with a Las Vegas hostess.

“We recently became aware of Ed’s personal issues and he’s taking some time off to work things out,” a Fox News spokesperson told POLITICO in a statement.

TV talent contracts often have so-called “morality clauses,” that allow the employer to suspend or let go with cause talent that embarrass the company in some way. It is not clear whether Henry’s contract had such a clause. It is also not clear when or if Henry will return to work at Fox News.

So I guess it’s ok to perpetuate “The Big Lie”, but damn you if you cheat on your spouse!

Must be some foundation to Hillary stuff, too. Otherwise legal team would never allow it.

What I said was the legal team at that publication would not allow for something to be printed to that extent regarding Cruz if there was not some foundation to it.

Since you consider the National Enquirer a credible source, you might want to read their lengthy list of articles about Hillary’s affairs before getting yourself into a difficult position.
