“S…Hole” Comment Has Former National RNC Chair Calling President Trump Racist

January 12, 2018

What a morning this is turning out to be following the racist “s…hole” comment from President Trump yesterday regarding Africa, Haiti, and El Salvador.

Sen. Dick Durbin who was in the Oval Office meeting with Trump on Thursday, told reporters that media reports surrounding Trump’s “s…hole countries” comments were accurate.

Said Durbin: “The president started tweeting this morning, denying that he used those words. It is not true. He said these hate-filled things, and he said them repeatedly… I cannot believe that in the history of the White House — in that Oval Office — any president has spoken the words that I personally heard our president speak yesterday.”

Others are also weighing into the racism stirred by Trump.

Congressman Luis Gutierrez  stated, “We now know that we have in the White House someone who could lead the KKK in the United States of America.”

Last night in a bold declaration CNN anchor Don Lemon started his program by making it most clear as to where matters stand. “This is CNN Tonight, I’m Don Lemon. The president of the United States is racist. A lot of us already knew that.”

Meanwhile the numbers are slipping and sliding in the wrong direction for Trump.  The voters are, indeed, questioning the mental fitness of this most unstable and troubled president.  A new Axios/SurveyMonkey poll shows that 55% of Americans (and 54% of independents) think President Trump’s mental fitness is a legitimate issue.

And to finish off the top news coverage from the “s…hole” comment former RNC chairman Michael Steele said on televison last night that Trump’s “s…hole countries” comment is “incontrovertible evidence” that Trump is racist.

Meanwhile, Trump denied that he made the comments and suggested he “probably should record future meetings.”   That went very well for Richard Nixon, so please tape away, you racist asshat.
