Video: ‘Gathering Storm’ Spoof Pokes Fun At Anti-Gay Marriage Bigotry

The Gathering Storm video that has generated some news, but much more ridicule this week, has spawned an abundance of video responses.  This one is priceless!

This one is also very clever.

Why go to the bother of making parodies? Call DHS Secretary Napilotano and have the “terrorists” who made the original video brought in to justice. DHS will take care of their of sorry, hateful asses once and for all.

It is time for Christians around the nation to understand that behind the gay rights movement is a desire to silence biblically faithful Christians.

    1. That is utter B.S.!

The fact is that ‘faithful Christians’ have used their version of the Bible and their religion as a means to limit the constitutional rights of other Americans. Let us not forget it was also the ‘faithful Christians’ that were using that same book in the 1950’s and 1960 to stop blacks from being integrated into society based on verses they spun and sold as evidence that God wished for the races to be seperate. Now we have again the total disregard for social progress and morality being demonstrated by ‘faithful Christians’ when it comes gay Americans having full rights to marry.

The fact is that there are educational needs that must be addressed in some quarters of the nation. Just as we rigthfully denounce having some in the Middle East rely only on the Koran as the sole book to live life by, so too we should rebuke those frightened and uneducated Americans that there is more than one book, other than the Bible, to construct our society upon.

Your biting comments about the conservative fringes that are hell-bent on destroying the nation is odd. One would either be glad to have the government know who these people are so to protect us from another 9/11 type event, but this time from home-grown elements, or one has to be on the other side wishing for violence and death. You can’t have it any other way. And since the Bush Administration started the study, what is your problem with releasing the results?

I might add that many conservatives tore into me, and others like me when we were upset with the Bushies being able to listen to phone calls without our knowledge. It was then folks like you told me ‘if you are doing nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about.”

Well my friend it seems that comment has now come full circle in regards to hate groups who wish to use violence to further destabilzie the nation.

So are you with us or ‘agin us?
