Several big names were announced earlier this week to be speakers at the Republican National Convention. Notables such as South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, and Ohio Governor John Kasich were all announced in a group.
Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker was not paired with that group.
No, Walker had to wait two days before being announced by the GOP as a speaker.
But it was the way he was announced that made me laugh.
Instead of pairing Walker with the likes of those on Monday, the Wisconsin Governor was billed with Ted Cruz, the tea-party-backed Texas Senate primary victor; Puerto Rico Gov. Luis Fortuno; Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi; and Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens.
SLAM!
It could have been worse.
Walker could have been on the same listing with Sarah Palin!
